RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
1. What is our return policy?
You may return an item you have received from us for an exchange only. The time lines to return an item differs by delivery location;
a. For customers within Lagos Nigeria - 14 working days
b. For customers in other parts of Nigeria - 21 working days
c. For customers outside Nigeria - 28 working days.
The return/cancellation period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your order. Find out how to return your item(s) at number 6.
If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund.
- Items must be returned in a new, undamaged and unused condition.
- Items must have all tags attached and where possible, be in their original packaging.
- Please obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us.
- If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods. Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.
2. Faulty items
Please return your item(s) to us within the time lines as stated in 1 above after finding the fault and, remember to get in touch before returning. You can do this by going to our Customer Care Hub here and go to the 'Contact Us' section and a member of our team will look into it.
Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.
3. Cancelling your order
You may cancel your order with us if it has not been shipped. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped and are en-route to you. The only option available to you at that point would be to wait to receive your order and then return it if it is no longer required.
To cancel your order email us as firstname.lastname@example.org or use our contact form to send us a message.
Once an order is cancelled, we will issue you a full refund including the cost of postage.
4. Our refund policy
We do not offer cash refunds for items which have been returned. We are however happy to exchange an item if it is returned to us within the times lines stated in 1 above. An exchange will be issued once we have received a returned item in an unused and re-sellable condition. You will however have to bear the cost of returns and for the delivery of the exchange.
An exchange will not be given if returns do not comply with our returns policy.
5. How long will it take to process my return and exchange?
It can take up to 7 working days from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.
On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete , we will contact you to confirm your exchange requirements before we ship your new item.
We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed it.
6. How to return an item and how much does it cost?
If you wish to return an item, contact us using this form. You will have to send the item back using your preferred method of postage as we do not provide pre-paid return labels. The cost of returning the item will be borne by you.
Due to the high cost of posting abroad relative to the cost of an item, we generally do not advice items to be returned. We therefore advice that items are properly checked and measurements properly taking before purchasing an item to prevent the need to return it.. If however, you still wish to return an item, this will be at your own cost with your preferred method of postage. We do not issue cash refunds and your only option will be to exchange the item. The delivery cost for the exchanged item will also have to be bourne by you.
